• Two Informational Webinars: Owners will gain insights into body language, emotional communication, and safe management techniques through two 30-minute webinars.
• 90-Minute In-Clinic Diagnostic Appointment: A thorough, hands-on evaluation by one of our behavior veterinarians to form a comprehensive treatment plan.

Feline Diagnostic Consultation Process:

For cats, the Direct Referral process is designed with their comfort in mind and includes:

• Two Informational Webinars: These sessions help owners understand feline behavior and management techniques, offering guidance tailored to cats’ specific needs.
• Virtual Diagnostic Appointment: A diagnostic session conducted virtually with a behavior veterinarian for a low-stress experience.
• In-Clinic Observational Exam: A brief in-person exam to establish your cat as a patient with VBSMN.
• Low Stress Medication Administration Webinar: A webinar aimed at helping owners with low stress approaches to medicating cats is shared with clients after the diagnostic appointment.
